It also requires complete absolute mastery over the flames of Amaterasu, it took Kintaro about a year even with such mastery to develop this technique. It is also a one time use during battles because kintaro runs out of chakra after performing it. Those whom use this technique that are pureblood Uchiha and do not have six paths chakra, Body of a Senju or Uzumaki, or Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan are typically left either blind or near blind after its use, as a result its been dubbed a Kinjutsu by most. Immediate blindness and Chakra Exaustion can be negated if the size of the attack is smaller. This in turn consumes less chakra and can possibly be used more than once in battle, Having proper practice and chakra control can also negate Chakra Exaustion to an extent.
