  • Override is track #15 on the deluxe version of .5: The Gray Chapter
  • A proud, loud, two-wheeled fighting machine. Enjoys tearing up roads and shooting up Decepticons. Doesn't know the meaning of the word "muffler". Roars into battle with his guns blazing. Equipped with armored, reinforced windshield that's able to withstand direct enemy bombardment. Also armed with twin, side-mounted, armor-piercing, particle beam cannons.
  • When G.I. Joe sent word to Optimus Prime that Cobra had rebuilt Megatron, he sent a group of Autobots that included Override to fight him. After several of them were destroyed, Override's job was to distract Megatron while Skydive was loaded into the Ark. He succeeded, but Megatron tore him apart. Final Transformations
  • Override is a mechanism wherein control of a system is taken away from an automated system and given to the user or computer program.
  • At the end of its turn, this character can designate one door that it can see as open or closed. The door remains open or closed until the end of this character’s next turn, or until the end of a turn in which this character is defeated. Other characters can’t open or close that door unless they use the Override special ability] themselves. A door cannot be closed if a Large or larger creature straddles its gridline.
  • The override directory of a Neverwinter Nights installation contains files that are added to—and sometimes replace—core game resources when Neverwinter Nights starts. The files placed in this directory are also called "overrides". These files cause changes in all modules, as opposed to hak paks, which only affect modules that make use of them.

He figures that if people can hear him from a distance and know that he's coming, they're less likely to hang around and mess with him when he gets there. Even though his style is to go into battle with guns wildly blazing, he's more concerned with keeping the roads he travels clear of innocent vehicles for his safety than for theirs. He worries that in their confusion to get away from him, some of these vehicles might accidentally bump into him, leaving a dent or worse. Override is vain to a fault. • The Nora Brave Aloy gained the ability to override Machines after defeating the Corruptor that attacked Mother's Heart in the aftermath of the Proving Massacre. Upon examining its body, she discovered the component that Corruptors used to slave the CPUs of other machines. She attached the component to her spear and began to use it to override Machines. At first, she was only able to override the weakest machines: Watchers, Striders, Broadheads and Chargers. However, after exploring and downloading override codes from successive Cauldrons into the component, she gained the ability to override successively stronger and more dangerous Machines, culminating in the three strongest and most dangerous machines: Thunderjaws, Stormbirds and Rockbreakers.

Text
  • Kalvan awaits your return, 'Have you found out what is up with the Maintenance Cyborgs?'.
  • You find Kalvan kneeling beside the Shield Station next to a dead Soldier. He stares up at you, fear etched into his face, 'Have you driven off the Feral Echo?'
  • Kalvan looks around as if afraid.
  • You enter a familiar room, at its center is a Pillar with a small view screen and keyboard. The small view screen has a simple menu with several maintenance departments listed.
  • Kalvan looks around the Droid Assembly, he thumbs his Datapad nervously.
  • You return to find Kalvan looking bemused as his Datapad. 'Ah Captain, did you by any chance get the required Authorization?'
  • Your return to find Kalvan breathing hard as if he has been running, 'Did you get rid of 350 Spearhead Droid Troopers?'
  • You return to find Kalvan looking at his scan results with a puzzled look. 'Did you get a TIU Bio Scan of the odd intruder I saw?'
  • Upon entering the Shield Generator you are struck by the utter silence. Kalvan is of course scanning the area, but this time he seems to be altering the scan frequency.
  • Kalvan stands over the Main Control Panel, 'Have you managed to get the HEA base Maintenance yet.'
  • You enter the Cargo Dispatch and eventually find Kalvan. He is scanning the area with his Datapad.
  • You find a Maintenance Tech hammering desperately on his Datapad.
  • Kalvan stands waiting for you at the Shield Station, 'Have you found the TIU Shield Key?'
  • You find Kalvan working studiously on his Datapad. Menus stream across the small view screen.

  • Override is track #15 on the deluxe version of .5: The Gray Chapter
  • The override directory of a Neverwinter Nights installation contains files that are added to—and sometimes replace—core game resources when Neverwinter Nights starts. The files placed in this directory are also called "overrides". These files cause changes in all modules, as opposed to hak paks, which only affect modules that make use of them. Files placed in the override directory will replace resources of the same name in the core resources, and are themselves replaced by resources of the same name in either the module being played or a hak pak associated with the module. That is, the priority order from low to high is core, override, module, then hak pak.
  • The override directory contains custom content that changes resources of the game globally. However, it is still overridden by hak packs in single player mode. Hak packs are not currently loaded during character creation for multiplayer games, so the contents of the override folder control character creation for multiplayer games. Some content in the override folder (besides visual and audio files) also apply to game clients if it is stored server-side while clients play on the server. Client overrides, however, will not generally affect or override the server, although they may cause conflict with files on the server.

However, after exploring and downloading override codes from successive Cauldrons into the component, she gained the ability to override successively stronger and more dangerous Machines, culminating in the three strongest and most dangerous machines: Thunderjaws, Stormbirds and Rockbreakers. The wandering researcher Sylens learned about the override ability by watching Aloy through her focus. Presumably, he was able to advance the skill to actually being able to command Machines, as he was able to bring three overridden Ravagers with him to aid in his rescue of Aloy from the Eclipse leader Helis after he captured her.
  • Override is a proud, loud, two-wheeled fighting machine whose favorite pastimes are tearing up roads and shooting up Decepticons. He doesn't know the meaning of the word "muffler." He figures that if people can hear him from a distance and know that he's coming, they're less likely to hang around and mess with him when he gets there. He spends most of his non-combat time polishing his steel skin and lubricating his joints. As much as his fighting prowess inspires fear in his enemies, his reaction to any poor unfortunate who accidentally scratches his surface inspires even more fear in his friends. In cycle mode Override is equipped with an armored, reinforced windshield that is made of a special diamond-plastic alloy, which can withstand all explosive and energy beam weapons fire. He is also equipped with two double-barreled, side-mounted, armor-piercing particle beam cannons, which he can also use in robot mode. His maximum speed is 220 miles per hour and his range is 1200 miles. He can shift into "override gear" by engaging his rear-mounted rocket pack. This enables him to accelerate to 500 miles per hour within 1.5 seconds and maintain that speed for up to 90 seconds. Use of the "override gear" for more than 20 seconds at a time leaves Override physically weakened and vulnerable to attack. However, since he generally uses this gear to escape attack by outracing his enemies, he seldom finds this a problem. Given his sensitivity about his finish, the slightest nick to his surface can send him into a tailspin of depression and leave him a useless, emotional wreck - at least until he or someone else repairs the defect.
