Deducing he must have his wife with him, the Dark Jedi sent two dozen of their Veracht assassins to kill the family. Aboard the Sith Star, Queen Rin Sakaros received a premonition of the attack. Straining her telepathic abilities, she contacted her personal assassin, Zahyr, who was nearby, and ordered him to save Jira and her family at all costs. Though she suspected they would be too late to make a difference, Rin also sent Luna Raquelsei and ten other Centurions as backup.
