Kendrix promises players that, if they can clear the property, they might be able to rent it. Once Nimbus Rock is cleared of Maelstrom, Kendrix Starfish allows players to rent Nimbus Rock for a fee of 500 Coins per month. Kendrix also unlocks new Behaviors for players to use on their properties. Kendrix Starfish then leaves to help other Minifigures secure their properties.
