  • Consumables
rdfs:comment
  • Consumables are items players can use in both The World and The World R:2.
  • Consumables are a category of item which disappear after use. They include restorative items, stat increasing items, buff items, attack items, labyrinth items such as keys, and classmating items.
  • Consumables are items that you eat or drink in some way to gain their effect. This includes both the usual potions which are a part of the Pathfinder RPG, as well as the potions and magical foods listed here.
  • Potions and scrolls are the most common items in the game. Some can be purchased from a Merchant or dropped from a mob. Others are available as a reward for a quest. A few are available only as a drop.
  • Consumables are items that allow you to use on yourself to gain a special mod effect. Some consumables like Grow Spray Fertilizer can be used on trees to make them grow faster, other consumables like Lucky Horseshoe or Blarney Pebble can be used to create items. Consumables like Undersea Blast and Thermonuclear Blast create new worlds. Consumables are destroyed when used. They have a purple outline when they are shown dropped, or in your inventory.
  • Consumables is split into three categories: Food, Drink, and Miscellaneous. Each food and drink will give adventures and substat gain(s) when consumed, and depending on the item, will add to Fullness and Drinkness. Fullness and Drinkness is simply a way of stopping players from overusing items for adventures, the more adventures a food or drink gives, the more fullness it will give the player. When a player has reached 20 Fullness and/or Drinkess, they will no longer be able to eat and/or drink until rollover. Miscellaneous items also work this way, but they do not give adventures, only substat boosts, when consumed.
  • Consumables are items that can be used to regain health during a battle. There's one place in the user interface where the player can stick a stack of Bananas, for example. Clicking on it will result in regaining a few hit points depending on the consumable. Consumables are dropped when one smashes enemies, and sometimes in a chest. Poisons have the same effect as Life drops.
  • The Vehicross takes a surprisingly small screw-on filter. Models with ''xx" have multiple grades, but share the non-xx part of the model number.
  • Consumables are potions, food etc that will recover HP and SP, and will increase stats for a period of time.
  • When adding a new Consumable item page to this wikia, please use this Template and add an image in the .png format, in accordance with the item. For a alphabetical overview, go to the Category.
  • Consumables are items in Divinity II: Ego Draconis that can be used only once and will disappear. They consist of charms, foods, drinks, potions, and skill / stat books.
  • Consumables are items that show up on the HUD below equipment on the left side of the screen, which can be used by pressing Up + Left. The player can only hold one consumable item at a time unless they have the Backpack or the Bag of Holding, both of which expand their inventory. The need scroll will have one of the following effects, in decreasing order of priority. Note that an effect is skipped if it would have a lethal or invalid impact on the character (for example, Aria will not be given a Glass Rapier):
  • Consumables are equipment that can be crafted for one-time use during a mission. Once used, the item is "consumed" and must be crafted to be used again. Similar to other craftable items, consumables require a blueprint and components. Your crafting skill in the field (in this case consumables) also dictates the quality of the consumables you create. The blueprints can be obtained in Dome City at the Consumable blueprint vendor near the Auction House. Components are obtained by salvaging uncommon, rare, and epic items.
  • Potions to restore Health after a battle. Crafted by the Alchemist. Can also be sold by a Customer.
  • A second type of Consumables known as Job Preparation Items exists as well. While not technically referred to as a Consumable in the game, they are also "consumed" when used, so the Mafia Wars community has come to refer to them as Consumables too. These items can be obtained from achievement bragging, the Free Gift program, and jobs exclusively in the Enforcer job tier in New York. Job Preparation Items do not show up in the player's inventory and therefore are not giftable. The only way to see how many of one of these items that the player has is to view the Job Preparation section in the Enforcer job tier.
  • Food, Refreshers, Vita-drinks and Buff Items. Food restores HP, the highest purchasable from an NPC is the popular Star-Candy, however it is possible to get better ones from Drops. Pills are also a form of 'food' however as they can be quite expensive, they are seperate items. These range in veriety from Grey to Gold and have varying healing values from that. Remantis Lacotte are only available from the FlyFF Cash Shop and could also be considered a 'buff item', however as they do not apply a buff, they are just food.

  • Food, Refreshers, Vita-drinks and Buff Items. Food restores HP, the highest purchasable from an NPC is the popular Star-Candy, however it is possible to get better ones from Drops. Remantis Lacotte are only available from the FlyFF Cash Shop and could also be considered a 'buff item', however as they do not apply a buff, they are just food. Refshers restore MP which makes these perfect for any class that wishes to cast spells such as Magicians or Assists, these can normally be found either as drops or from an NPC store. Vita-Drinks are for restoring FP for characters such as Assists and Mercenaries and are purchasable from the NPC vendor and can be found as drops. Buff Items, however, are the exception to these rules. These items are only purchasable from the Cash Shop Store and can be quite expensive to get in game, Refresher Holds, Activiations and Vita Drink Xs are all examples of this, however there are also consumable scrolls which increase EXP gain (Scroll of Amplification), Scrolls that negate the EXP loss on death, Scrolls that give parties extra range and extra points (Red and Green) or even a scroll that allows a guild to change its name.

Lastly, there is also a third type of Consumables called Special Loot. Similar to Job Preparation Items, Special Loot is not referred to as a Consumable in the game, but has still come to be called that by the community. Special Loot can be obtained from jobs, fights, trades with other players, achievement bragging, the Daily Chance, and the Free Gift program. Politico Corrupto is the only Special Loot that can be obtained from a business - the Bribery Ring in Cuba. Unlike the main Consumables, Job Preparation Items and Special Loot are not used in boss fights, but instead for job prerequisites. As a result, hundreds of each type of Job Preparation Item and Special Loot is required in order to complete gold mastery on jobs that require them, making them quite valuable. Clicking on the + Wishlist icon next to the items on this page will add that item to your Wishlist in Mafia Wars (Facebook).
