- The Sith Interceptor was a small, black, well-armed starfighter piloted exclusively by Darth Monarchist. The ship was a wedge-shaped fighter, and had four laser canons. The primary laser canons emited green beams, and the secondary canons shot blue bolts. The secondary canons could also transfer to a mode that shoots an armament of proton torpedoes. The Sith Interceptor was protected by quantum-chrystaline armor and additionally shielded by a large generator at the front of the ship's hull. The ship was built around 15 ABY, inspired by the quantum-crystalline armor on the Sun Crusher that had proved so effective. The starfighter was nearly destroyed when Darth Monarchist led a strike against Prophit Delphiki in the Deep Core during the Next Sith War. The fighter, however, was repaired after the conflict, and after Monarchist turned to the light side, he used the ship for purposes for the Jedi, although much of the Council disagreed with allowing him to be in the Jedi Order.
