While Red Baron is about when a person is so badass, they receive a badass nickname, this is not about in-story nicknames, but rather various names superheroes are given by writers. They don't have to be badass and, in fact, many of the nicknames aren't that badass at all, but rather just descriptive (because many, of course, derive from The Silver Age of Comic Books).
