The Miura received periodic updates during its production, culminating in 1971 with the last and most famous Miura, the P400SV or Miura SV. This version featured different cam timing and altered carburetors. These gave the engine an additional 15 PS (11 kW; 15 hp) increasing power to 385 PS (283 kW; 380 hp). During the 2 year production run a total of 150 SV were built.
