By the time of the Clone Wars the title of 'Sentinel' appeared to have fallen into disuse and almost all Jedi were either a Jedi Guardian or a Jedi Consular even if their lightsaber skills and Force powers were roughly equal. However it was not completely forgotten as Carmen Conrose was a Jedi Sentinel albeit an unofficial one.
