Thus, people in New Eden and other dome cities are generally very happy individuals. Crime is almost non-existent, but the occasional theft or murder does happen within the walls of each city. Often used to make the point that the Earth would be a so much better place if it weren't for all the people, or more succinctly, that Ludd Was Right. (This suggests that massive genocide is justifiable, which some might see as an Unfortunate Implications).
