  • Stanley Howard Crosse (1894-4 January 1984) was a chartered surveyor and local politician. The son of Edward Crosse, a professor of music of Primrose Hill and Mary nee Kibble. A resident of Maida Vale, he was a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and president of Paddington Rotary Club for 1936-37. A member of Paddington Borough Council as a councillor for Maida Vale Ward from 1938-49, and as an alderman from 1949-62, he was Mayor of Paddington for 1954-55. See also Colin Stanley Crosse
