Wagner's state senate web site discusses Pgh's financial crisis from the point of view of the Pa state senate, which has to bail pgh out. You should read whatever Wagner says about Murphy and Pgh and develop an opinion about what Wagner believes. If you run in Wagner's old district, it would be helpful if you could say, "I've read Jack Wagner's ideas to bail out Pgh and I agree and or disagree with parts of it for the following reasons. I have skimmed thru a lot of Wagner's stuff on Pgh debt, etc and I generally agree with him, for whatever that's worth. Wagner is as fiscally conservative as a Democrat can be. He is going to be auditor general, after all.
