  • Exiles were felons of the Drakonus race. Those who had committed a crime of a severe level—murderers and other serious offenders—could be stripped of their Clans and exiled. abstract
  • Exiles were felons of the Drakonus race. Those who had committed a crime of a severe level—murderers and other serious offenders—could be stripped of their Clans and exiled. This meant that they were unable to live in any Drakonus community. Those who were Exiled were publically sentenced so that all knew of their transgressions. Exile also allowed the citizens to act in whatever manner they so desired. It was not uncommon for Exiles to be killed by other Drakonus. When the Golden Empire took control of Rykar, it put an end to Exiling and instead instituted its own rules for court and sentencing of hard crimes. A Drakonus sentenced for a capital crime who escaped custody, however, could still be declared an Enemy of the Empire.
