They are usually accompanied by a Dark Adept. On Dathomir, you can challenge the Dark Jedi Master through a series of missions starting at the Dathomir Imperial Prison POI. Talk to the Prison-Cell Warden in the south most part of the Imperial Prison. The Dark Jedi Master seems to utilize high-level Force Lightning snares whenever the opportunity is presented.
