They get red paint on them! Charlie Brown: Oh. But it's finger paint. I was finger painting at my backyard. Linus: Just look at Lucy's hands, Charlie Brown! Lucy: (gasps) My hands got paint as well?! Charlie Brown: Yes. Linus: Charlie Brown, you're under arrest! Charlie Brown: But... Linus: No buts! (Two weeks later...) Sally: And I saw that big beagle who had a red nose! Charlie Brown: WHOOOOAAAA! That was lucky! Sally: Then the pirates sang "YO-HO, YO-HO! A PIRATE'S LIFE FOR ME!" Charlie Brown: (imitates pirate) Arg, matey. Sally: Then the little boy said "Eat your hearts out, you guys!" Charlie Brown: That's right, Sally. Go on. (At 3:00 in the morning, Lucy's house...) Lucy: I don't know about going to sleep lately... Charlie Brown: I was staying up late for a whole hour but it was 12:00 midnight. (yawns) Sally: Here, big brother. Say your line. Charlie Brown: Okay. (sighs) "I wish I could stay up late. It was 4:00 in the morning, and I'm still awake. Very soon, I squeezed my teddy very tight, and fluffed my pillow. Finally, I was ready to drift off to sleep." Thank you, Sally.
