It is part of the Elona+ exclusive Bacteria race. It has the Touch of Weakness special action and casts Mist of Silence and Slow. Most notable is its massive healing skill and life pool. It prefers melee combat. Sometimes when it attacks, it says "Please...kill me..." It has superb resistance to all but raw magic. Eating its corpse results in parasite infection ('pregnant') unless you have protection. In earlier versions with the default non-Unicode font, the name for this monster will showed up as Meshera fA', when it attempted to show it's name as meshera δ.
