In addition to towering, mutated beasts of all walks of life rampaging over the earth, it appears a second wave of alien ships have entered the fray...this could very well be the beginning of the end for mankind! However, due to the actions of one of the monsters, the invasion force is annihilated, the mother ship is destroyed, and the alien leader, Cerebulon, is forced into hiding.

Nach GTA: San Andreas gab es nach langer Zeit in der GTA-Serie in Grand Theft Auto IV und Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City wieder Anzeichen auf Ufos, aber alle Gerüchte über Ufos in GTA IV und den Add-Ons haben sich als falsch erwiesen. Auf YouTube gibt es beispielsweise Videos, in denen Spieler angeblich Ufos in GTA IV gesichtet haben, aber diese sind Fakes und wurden durch Modifikationen eingefügt.

Die UFOs erscheinen als türkis-gräuliche Untertassen, die regungslos über Stellen auf manchen Karten schweben. Sie ähneln Dr. Grordborts Raketen, die 2011 auf 2Fort, Badwater Basin und Barnblitz gesichtet werden konnten. Neben den UFOs selbst kann man auch zwei verschiedene Plakate auf den Karten finden, welche die UFOs thematisieren. Der offizielle Blog des Spieles gab am 21. September 2015 bekannt, dass Scream Fortress VII keine besondere Event-Karte besitzen wird, weshalb die UFOs nichts mit dem Halloween-Update zu tun haben.
