- Holger Marcalias was a member of the Interim Ruling Council. Most of his information has been lost to official record, though it was believed he was an Imperial Advisor. After the disappearence of Wyth Skellheim, Grand Admiral Thrawn and Dekan, the Director of Imperial Intelligence, attempted to install Holger as a puppet leader of the Council. Holger's career began in the Imperial Army, assigned to a Coruscant platoon under Thrasher. His dedication to the Imperial cause gained him the notice of the Internal Security division. After a brief tour involving investigation of one of the Royal Guard, he gained influence within the Interim Ruling Council, serving as Imperial Security Advisor. The plot to install Holger as Regent of the throne gained initial momentum within the civilian members of the Empire, but failed to gain traction within the military. Stormtroopers raided the palace mere weeks into Holger's appointment, effectively ending his career. Alaric Darkstar would instead come to power.
