It caused K9 to speak with a hoarse, strained voice. He was left aboard the TARDIS to recover. (TV: Destiny of the Daleks, City of Death)
- Phineas has laryngitis and cannot sing in the annual Danville Festival. So his friends try to help him get his voice back before the festival begins.
