In "Brian Wallows and Peter's Swallows", Peter mentions how good he is at cheering people up, like the time he vowed to find the killers of JonBenét Ramsey to her parents as they nervously try to convince him that it isn't necessary. When Peter tries to win back his kids after being declared an unfit parent due to being retarded in "Petarded", he names off some other unfit parents and believes the Ramsey's still have a child left. In "Grumpy Old Man", Peter states it would have been better if John Bennett Ramsey would've retired, confusing his determination to prove his innocence for work.
