The FIELDVUE digital valve controller is a high performance valve positioner that contains diagnostic tools that maximize asset management. A FIELDVUE instrument is an intelligent field device, which can communicate with HART® (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) or FOUNDATION™ fieldbus. FIELDVUE instruments give confirmation of field device operation and early warning of control valve assembly problems, often before they result in process variance. With the use of performance diagnostics the user can easily determine the potential root cause of the failure and be directed to a recommended action dramatically minimizing their trouble shooting time.
