The only way to reach the high levels of the seal though is through intense training in each other level so your body will adjust to the weight. When a seal is released it will also cause wind gust that depending on the level of the seal can be very destructive. The seal also can only be applied to opponents at the level you have on you (20 allows up to 20). This seal also takes time to place and can only be crafted by human hands. It must be noted that without dark release this seal cannot be enhanced past x10 earths gravity. Korosen Nara places this on his puppet to increase the force of his puppet's blows while retaining the same speed. Shikizaki Hyuga trains with this seal at full power to improve his taijutsu skills and limit his speed against weaker opponents. Saibo Kazahana uses this to enhance the impacts Saibo's Chakra Armour has on his enemies. Birusu Uchiha, upon learning this from Shikizaki, began training with it. He uses it to increase his weight in battle, dealing more damage.
