He was elected to Parliament on the 1st of January 2010 and was appointed the position on the same day by PrimeMinisterEdward. Lulham was born in Geelong, Victoria. His parents fled the violence of the drug wars occurring in East Port Phillip Bay. Moving to Canberra in 1999, his family was forced into low income housing for 4 years while Lulham attended school. Joining cabinet of the now previous government, Lulham spent most of his time on the back bench. He was know for having connections to the now defunct and wanted for war crimes Socialist Party. After the NewAustralian Revolution, Lulham pledged allegiance to PrimeMinisterEdward and his party.
