Political belongs to the category of "micro-nation". It is not a member of the EU, NATO, IMF, UN or other multinational organizations, serving to suppress popular government, but we will endeavour to take the Organization Unrepresented Nations and Peoples and the Non-Aligned Movement. CMD is a confederation of independent self-governing cantons, controlled exclusively by popular assemblies of citizens. It has no central government and externally presents independent decision based on all its cantons. Each canton shall elect three consuls to represent it externally, such as spokespersons, in the administration of the canton, however, have the same rights as all other citizens. All cantons together can select up to three consuls general who represent the whole outside the Confederacy. Even they do not have to manage any more powers than other citizens.
