His last tournament with Belgium was the 1947 World Championship. At the club level, Van Reysschoot was a member of the various Antwerp-based clubs over the years. His older brother Jacques Van Reysschoot was also a hockey player. Pierre was among the top Belgian players in the inter-war era.
