  • Luciano Pucci Burti (born March 5, 1975 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian former F1 driver, who first competed in 2000 as a substitute for Eddie Irvine and then took part in most races of the 2001 season for Jaguar and Prost respectively. His 2001 season is known for being riddled with crashes; * First being involved in the first corner crash at the German Grand Prix which saw the Prost launched into the air after colliding with Michael Schumacher. He took part in the restart in a spare car. * And the huge smash into the tyre wall at the Belgian Grand Prix six weeks later, which effectively ended his F1 racing career as he was injured, replaced for the rest of the season by Tomáš Enge and did not race in the sport again. Burti has also been a test driver at Ferrari from 2002 to 2003.
