| abstract | - Wes Weasely sold a Gravity Stopper cannon to Dr. Robotnik in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog episode "Birth of a Salesman" and even threw in two pairs of Self-Gravity Boots so that Scratch and Grounder wouldn't be affected by the device. Scratch and Grounder attacked Sonic and Tails with the Gravity Stopper and kept them suspended in the air so they could gloat over their defeat. Although Sonic couldn't run away, Tails tried to fly them away, prompting Scratch to take off his Self-Gravity Boots so he could catch them. Finding himself helpless, Scratch told Grounder to shut off the Gravity Stopper. Grounder did so, and Scratch fell on top of the Gravity Stopper and Grounder, wrecking them all. A Gravity Stopper was soon afterwards used as a component of the Super Stupendous Tremendous Horrendous Hedgehog-Catching Vanquisher.
