Along with the bio-electric blasts, the user channels and sends chakra in the form of microscopic blades that severely damage the body on a cellular level. The wind-blades sever all nerve channels in the body, leaving the target unable to move after being struck. They also attack the entire chakra circulatory system, which cannot be repaired by any form of medical ninjutsu whatsoever. Much like the Rasenshuriken, this incorporates the usage of wind nature chakra. The sudden nerve paralyzing strike combined with tenketsu damage can be proved to be very fatal if not deadly. Although, the technique is limited by it's range since it's requires Ryūken to be in physical contact with his target.
