Synopsis
  • Superman gives Jimmy the magic wand of Circe as a trophy, which allows him to communicate with animals.
  • Jimmy Olsen is sent back accidentally in a masquerade cowboy costume to the Old West, where the James Gang takes him for an outlaw called the Gunsmoke Kid and insists on him killing famed lawmen Wyatt Earp, Wild Bill Hickok, and Bat Masterson.
  • Jimmy Olsen meets a youth called Tom Baker, who appears to gain super-powers from a scientific accident and becomes the partner of Superman.
