  • Spriggan (スプリガン Supurigan) is a Phantom born from a unnamed security officer (警備員 keibiin). His Gate target is Osamu Nakamoto (中本 治 Nakamoto Osamu), an archeologist who found a mysterious Beast Color and a gun-like stone. In Phantom form, Spriggan is armed with a sword called Curiosity (キュリオシティ Kyurioshiti) and a shield called Riddle (リドル Ridoru), making this Phantom is good on offense and defense. He also armed with a cannon pipes on his upper back for long range attacks. He first encounter to attack Nakamoto in his lab. Spriggan also helped by Gremlin, who fighting Kosuke. Gremlin easily beat Kosuke, due the Beast Driver is stolen. Fortunately, Haruto arrives to save Nakamoto. He then battle Spriggan in Flame Style, before rushing to Flame Dragon. However, Gremlin already beaten up Kosuke and join the fray to help Spriggan. Wizard had a hard time to battle the two Phantoms, while Kosuke couldn't help the magician. On the other side, Nakamoto is seeing fleeing from his lab, only the Ghouls chase after him. Outmanned, Wizard decided to use the Drago Timer, freeing Nakamoto from the Ghouls, as well as keeping Spriggan and Gremlin busy, with the Phantoms running off. Later, it was revealed that Nakamoto is the one who steal the Beast Driver. Kosuke and the others managed to trick Nakamoto to tell why he steal the Beast Driver. After, hearing Nakamoto's story, he gives back the Beast Driver to Kosuke. Soon Spriggan and Ghouls prepare to attack Nakmoto. Wizard arrives to battle Spriggan, only to be overpowered easily by the Phantom. However, Beast arrives in aid for Wizard. Beast then try to use the Hyper Ring and change to Beast Hyper. Soon, the stone-like weapon become the Mirage Magnum. The shoots from Beast Hyper easily defeat the Ghouls. Spriggan was soon overpowered by Beast Hyper, before being destroyed by Shooting Mirage, with his mana devoured.
  • Spriggan are descendants of the gnomes who first left the First World. Known as the Lonely Ones by other gnomes, they are the descendants of those gnomes who warped their bodies and minds too far in an attempt to resist the Bleaching. The spriggans are the survivors of the original gnome immigrants who drew inspiration from the dark side of Golarion rather than community and creativity. Their natural curiosity has been warped into a feral cunning and obsession with survival. Occasionally, gnomes will attempt to redeem their dark kin, but there is no evidence this is ever successful. Rumors persist of an entire spriggan city somewhere in the Mwangi Expanse, presumably the town of Elokolobha.

  • 200px|thumb|Spriggan Spriggany to złe, odrażające istoty baśniowe, spokrewnione z gnomami, które potrafią magicznie zwiększać swój rozmiar. Zarówno w mniejszej jak i większej formie wyglądają podobnie - mają brzydkie, mocno zbudowane ciała o żółtej skórze, ciemnych włosach i czerwonych oczach.
  • The spriggan is found in several lands. They are evil and dangerous things. While they are rather dumb, they can be fast and powerful, and often run in packs. There seems to be a genetic relation between spriggans and Swamp Fiends. The spriggans who attacked Daventry were lead by the Boss Spriggan that had taken over the Castlekeep Ruins. Spriggans can also be found in the Underground Realm of the Gnomes. The Spriggan haunts the hills and fields of Daventry. Called forth by the chaos that grips the land, this creature roamed freely and attacked viciously whenever provoked. The Spriggan was once thought to to be merely a myth in Daventry, used by generations of parents to keep their offspring close to the hearth or campfire after dark. Now, with all those children transformed to stone, Spriggans have emerged from the veil of legend to leap across the hillsides. Although the Spriggan are very dangerous and prone to violence, they will not attack unless once ventures too close. Even without this territorial instinct, however, the Spriggan is best fought from a distance, as its long arms give it a definite advantage in close combat. Adventurers are cautioned to watch their backs when traveling through particularly hilly regions, as Spriggans are excellent climbers. It would be a painful shock to find that one had been lurking atop a cliff until it could leap down and attack from behind.

They are not very intelligent and their disposition is actively malevolent towards humans. Spriggans tend to stay in the shelter of structures during the day and are almost exclusively encountered outside at night, when they can be found considerable distances away from their dwellings, occasionally raiding late traveling parties and being a general nuisance to the human population in the area. They are generally weak opponents and only have a weak physical attack. They are either unarmed or armed with improvised meelee weapons and tools. They do have the uncanny ability to swell up and increase their size manifold if left alive for too long in battle, making them considerable opponents at that level.
