In 2269, Morglar was serving aboard the IKS Voh'tahk when he deployed Bekk Jurva to Site wej of the dilithium mine in Beta Thoridar's asteroid belt as part of a security contingent. Later, he would defend Jurva when Sorkav, son of Goryq called for execution after she challenged and killed security chief Targ. (ST novella: The Unhappy Ones) Some time later, Morglar served a tour of duty as curator of the Museum of Military Triumph and Conquest. He spoke of his experience fighting humans (TOS episode: "Day of the Dove"), but also admired their sense of honor: "The Humans fought as hard as we did that day. To save us both, they lowered their weapons and convinced us to do the same. What's to say that they would not extend a hand now, if only we could have the courage to do so first?"
