Synopsis
  • Sally Floyd and Ben Urich are working at Front Line, their own start-up newspaper which they founded in an effort to be independent from corporate interference. In a flashback, it is explained that Front Line struggled until an unidentified figure provides them with the resources they need - including $200,000 salaries each and the former offices of The Alternative As they are walking outside to get lunch, Sally and Ben witness the spaceship of the Warbound overhead and see the transmission of the Hulk's ultimatum. Later, Ben is camped out by the landing sight of the Warbound spaceship when Korg exits and demands to discuss terms of integration with one of the police officers on the scene. Since the officer doesn't have the authority to do this, Korg requests that he be taken to his leader. After seeing journalistic coverage of various peoples' reactions to the events, we come to the 39th Street Precint. There, Danny Granville is assigned to assist Korg's investigation of an attack on his companion Arch-E-5912. Later, Sally and cameraman Kenny cover the battle between Hulk and Iron Man over New York City. After narrowly avoiding a falling billboard, Sally expresses her doubt that they can win this war...
