Each title gives the player a permanent stat increase, the title does not have to be equipped to receive this bonus. The final perk about titles is they give the player the ability to transform into a variety of dragons for a limited amount of time. Looking at the picture below, each title has a color next to it either purple, green, yellow or red. Each dragon transformation requires a certain number of that color of titles to unlock. Titles also have three levels, 1,2 and 3 which can be seen by looking at the amount of lines inside the colored circle. - Titles in the DrARPG are earned through artistic (or literary) challenges for a particular discipline. Some are competitions hosted by DrARPG groups or players where players submit their characters and are judged against each other to determine the winner(s). Some titles may also be earned solo through , where a player must complete certain requirements with the character to earn their title. Titles are abbreviated and added to a name as a prefix title, placed before a dragon's registered name, or a suffix title, placed after a dragon's registered name. Some titles are not earned through shows because they are not for sports, but for a particular job. Dragons are put through rigorous examination of a dragon's ability to work in a particular field and awarded a title when they have proven their capabilities. These are working titles, and are used as prefix titles. Most sports follow the same titling system, although with additions to the name to define what the title is for and abbreviation to be differentiated from the other titles of the same tier. Fledgling, abbreviated to F. Trainee, abbreviated to T. Novice, abbreviated to N. Proficient, abbreviated to P. Adept, abbreviated to A. Expert, abbreviated to E. Champion, abbreviated to C. Master, abbreviated to M. Grand Master, abbreviated to G. Dragons begin untitled and earn the Fledgling rank as their first title. There are exceptions, however, such as with the conformation titles, which are really only two: Ch for champion and GCh for grand champion. The champion (C) field (a prefix field) must be used to make the Titles section appear in the discipline infobox.

- Most Modern Warfare 2 titles are earned by completeing challenges for your online or offline modes.
- Heroes and villains can earn titles in the game. These titles appear above the character's name. You can have up to three titles above your name in addition to the word 'The'. These are separate from Badge Titles which appear below the character's name. The first title is earned at level 15. The second title is earned at level 25. The first set of titles is generic; the second depends on your origin. Once you earned your 24th month Veteran Reward, you can choose one of the Veteran Titles in addition to your other choices, though a character must still be level 15 in order to use them. At levels 15, 25, 35, and 45, you gain the option to change your titles once. These title changes do not stack, so if you don't change your title between levels 15 and 24, you do not gain two title changes at level 25. Upon reaching level 50, you gain the ability to change your title without limit. Your title change 'token' can be claimed at any time after reaching the appropriate level by visiting one of the Trainers and selecting Choose your new title. You will be presented with a window that allows you to select the title or combination of titles you wish to use. The left most column will give you the choice of adding the word The to the front of your title. The second column contains the level 15 titles. The third column contains the Veteran Rewards titles, if you qualify for them. The final column will contain the level 25 origin titles. At the top of each column is the word None which will allow you to clear a title or not select one for that column. At the bottom of the window is an example of what your title will look like. If the title is satisfactory to you, you can then press the green Set Title button. If you change your mind, you can choose the red Choose Later button to cancel the procedure.
