In a panic to hide things when a doctor comes to their HQ, Timmy wishes everything (but Cosmo, Wanda and Poof's wands are ran out of wishes), Timmy have swallows the now activated time bomb. the doctor had noticed that Timmy wishes things and gives him some medicine to keep the bomb in his stomach. Timmy can't wish it so SpongeBob, Jimmy and B.O.B. try everything to get him to throw up including making him dizzy, sowing him a gory nature documentary an

They eventually send Patrick inside Timmy to defuse the bomb. He can't tell a blue wire from a kidney. SpongeBob, Jimmy and B.O.B. take turns saying goodbye to Timmy which activates his mushy stomach reaction and makes him puke, expelling both Patrick and the bomb. The bomb lands on the robot zoo tour guide and destroys it.
