| abstract | - Richard Alvin "Hooch" Rollins is a taxi driver who works for Black & White Taxi in Los Angeles. On the evening of 2 October 2011, he picked up Thomas Rapport from Los Angeles International Airport and drove him to the Chateau Marmont Hotel. At the hotel he observed George Irving arriving at the same time. Rollins knew that Irving was at the heart of an effort to oust B&W from the lucrative Hollywood franchise. He informed his shift supervisor, Mark McQuillen, that Irving was at the hotel. On the 5th, he was interviewed by LAPD detectives David Chu and Harry Bosch concerning Irving's death.
