Stir in Remaining Ingredients Except Cheeses. Bring to a Boil. Reduce Heat. Cover And Simmer 30 Minutes. Stir in 1/2 Cup jack cheese And The Cheddar Until Melted. Sprinkle With Cheese And Serve.
