- The bulk of his career was spent playing in western movies. He is perhaps most famous (or notorious) for playing one of the "Mountain Men" in John Boorman's 1972 film Deliverance. In recent years, he appeared in Looney Tunes: Back in Action, where he played an Acme VP. Several of the other VP's were also voiced by DCAU veterans: Robert Picardo, Ron Perlman and George Murdock.
