Heissen along with the rest of the Lazarus team, was captured by The Network, when trying to feel their base in the Maine woods, after Frank and Joe Hardy uncovered their plot. After his capture he was ordered to restore the looks of Sally Collins, the girl used to make Iola Morton II.
