Sister Haggra used the Vapours to show her the one who had the answer to the ancient mystery, who knew the secret of the Chaos Emeralds, and the Vapours showed her Sonic the Hedgehog. Although Haggra did not recognise Sonic, she summoned Emperor Ko-Dorr and Master Scholar to ask them about him. Ko-Dorr did know Sonic, but pretended not to, as he planned to take the Chaos Emeralds for himself.
