The ADP organized protests against the Empire's actions at Bespin and Hoth, as well as it's usual totalitarianism. The protests grew bigger than expected, and a new organization was formed to oversee the masses, the Coruscanti Liberation Movement. It maintained close ties to the ADP. During the protests, the Imperial Security Bureau cracked down on the ADP specifically, seeing it as a Rebel front. The organization was dissolved after the mass riots and protests ended, resulting in hundreds of thousands of casualties and much damage to the city.
