And the overall size of the lion is roughly about the same size a standard-sized Susanoo. The beast being partly composed of spiritual chakra feeds on physical energy of organic beings and can smell and track down enemies that possess any physical chakra. The lion itself has multiple ways of attacking. With its sharp fiery claws it has the ability to effortlessly bifurcate enemies, using its long tail it can restrict a multitude of enemies and reduce them to ashes. It can also breathe large and powerful streams of fire, and or explode in a fiery storm of flames then reform. Regardless of the method it attacks, it is stealing the physical energy from the foes it kills and the techniques it is hit with to continually sustain itself and reform. Not even Water Release techniques seem to work of the lion and Fire and Wind Release technique only make it stronger because it cancels the techniques by absorbing its physical chakra. The only known way to defeat the fiery beast is to seal it with the Fire Sealing Method, using a stronger chakra absorption technique, or using Amaterasu, however the lion is so powerful that it was able to resist and combat the black flames of Amaterasu for 5 of the 7 days it burns.
