- Acks are larger versions of Toothberries found in Donkey Kong Country Returns. However, unlike the Toothberry (which is colored blue), Acks are colored yellow. They never show up by themselves. Instead, these foes travel in groups of five called Ackstacks. They require at least two jumps to defeat. They are only encountered in the Ruins.

- Acks are larger versions of Toothberries found in Donkey Kong Country Returns. However, unlike the Toothberry (which is colored blue), Acks are colored yellow. They never show up by themselves. Instead, these foes travel in groups of five called Ackstacks. They require at least two jumps to defeat. They are only encountered in the Ruins. Acks try to bite Donkey and Diddy at first sight. These foes then bend back, as if confused, and lunges towards the two apes. The monkeys must get out of the way so they miss them and bite the ground. Then, they break up into individuals. They can be defeated with a bonk on the head.
