In this story The Joker terrorizes the city at Christmas time when he begins randomly executing people with a rifle. No one from the Mayor on down is safe. The third story is Life Is Full of Disappointments. This story was written by Ed Brubaker and Greg Rucka, and illustrated by Greg Scott. Originally it was published from April to June, 2004. This story is about a murder investigation. It is passed between three different sets of detectives, allowing a glimpse into the various lives of the detectives. Unresolved is the forth and last story of this paperback. It was originally published from July to October, 2004. The story was written by Ed Brubaker and illustrated by Michael Lark. This story focuses on an old case and unfinished business for disgraced detective Harvey Bullock.
