  • As her "bionic babysitter", Jaime was given strict instructions by her father to not allow her to get new body piercings or tattoos. She dismissed Jaime as little better than a servant until Jaime, with Sarah Corvus' assistance, saved her from an assassination — or possibly kidnapping — attempt. After the rescue, Heaven's attitude changed considerably. By the time she had to return to Canada, she seemed wistful at the prospect of losing Jaime's companionship. She considered Jaime's use of bionics an advanced form of martial arts, and indicated she was going to seek instruction in those arts.

Her relationship with Sarah Corvus was ultimately less friendly. Sarah's brusque treatment of her — in which she forcefully noted that Heaven was just a child — caused her to note that Sarah was "scary". She may have come to see Sarah as someone from whom she needed Jaime's protection. She is one of the few ordinary citizens to be privy to detailed information about bionics. After her rescue from the Serbs, she was clearly seen overhearing (and participating in) a conversation between Sarah and Jaime about the nature of their bionic systems. It is unclear if she relayed any of this information to her father, or if her fatther had any previous knowledge about the bionic program that had been partially funded by his purchases from the Berkut group.
