  • Health is a stupid generic term used in video games and RPGs to describe the amount of vitality left in a certain unit. Various equivalent terms are in use, such as hit points (HPs), cohesion, energy level, etc., but they all refer to the same basic concept of health. Generally, higher health is regarded as better, as it makes a unit more difficult to terminate. However, due to the inability of game creators to keep anything simple, various complicating factors enter the mix. Such things as shields, or other bonuses and forms of defense, can increase a unit's resilience, and make it even more difficult to terminate.

This directive has 2 components: eating well and physical activity. This directive differs from the others in that initially you are challenged to eat better and exercise. But once you reach Level 3 you can satisfy it and then no longer be challenged by it. It will become a way of life, unlike the other directives where you must constantly challenge yourself.

  • In general terms, health is represented as a value that is proportionate to the level of a character, gradually increasing as the character progresses in level. Enemies also have similar health values, although these can vary widely from small, weak creatures with low health, to more robust end bosses with greatly enhanced pools of health. Damage inflicted by enemies, or harmful interactions with the environment, will subtract from a character's health value until the point of death. In the case of player characters, reducing the health level to zero merely inflicts the crippled condition, which offers a small window of opportunity to survive.

So for example, a level 33 marksman with constitution of 58 will have: 33 * 37 + 58 * 18.5 - 170 = 2124 health points Or a level 47 barbarian with constitution at 85 will have: 47 * 47 + 85 * 23.5 - 170 = 4036 health points
  • Health - Appropriate town planning and investments can encourage citizens to lead a more active life. The Greens believe that quality of life in a city is directly linked to the level of activity of its citizens. We promote active leisure and sport and outdoor events such as mass runs and mass cycling events known as “critical mass”. Encouraging participation in sport and physical activity through such events does not require the building of large and expensive national stadiums – all that’s needed is a positive and sensible attitude from the local government and the opening up of city spaces, including parks and streets.
  • Health is used to denote the life level for all creatures. When their health goes to zero, they are dead. Characters have an innate replenishment rate for both health and mana. The rate at which these two stats replenish is based on the Spirit attribute. There are also some Talents that can raise the replenishment rate for these stats independently. Health regeneration during combat is much reduced, but some health can be replenished instantly during combat using healing potions from alchemists or from various magical items. Out of combat, health regeneration can be increased somewhat by sitting down or increased significantly by eating various forms of food.
  • A player’s health starts at a full 100 percent (or hit points). It may increase even beyond that from the effects of various powerups to as high as 200 percent (199 in versions prior to 1.2). It is decreased by environmental hazards (damaging floors, exploding barrels, and crushing ceilings), and successful enemy attacks. If a player's health ever drops to zero, that player dies. The player's current health is shown on the status bar, both numerically, as a percentage of the characters full normal health, and graphically, by the condition of the character's face.

  • An animal's health is the amount of damage it can take before it is downed (dies or is tranquilized). In Carnivores 2 and Carnivores Ice Age, the health of animals and the power of weapons, both of which are set in _RES.TXT, have a one-to-one equivalence, meaning that, for instance, an animal with a health of 10 must be shot five times by a weapon with a power of 2 to be downed. Furthermore, if the "Aggression" option is set above 128 (if the slider on the Options menu is farther to the right than dead-center), the animal's health is modified by multiplying by the "Aggression" value and dividing the resulting total by 128 (), as shown in the following line in Characters.cpp: cptr->Health = DinoInfo[cptr->CType].Health0; if (OptAgres>128) cptr->Health= (cptr->Health*OptAgres)/128; Thus, i

  • Health in Battlefield games is a measure of a soldier's life in hit points (HP). So long as a player has health, they can take action as normal. Various sources of healing (usually provided by the Medic class) allow a player to regain health. A similar game mechanic is used for vehicles, with a gauge representing how much more damage they can receive before being destroyed. This is generally referred to as "armor", though actual armor protection remains the same. A wrench or repair tool can be used to restore a vehicle's health.
  • Health points are progressively lost as a player receives damage or as time goes by (if Pain pills and Adrenaline is used). An incapacitated player who has been revived but not healed by a First Aid Kit will decrease to zero in the space of 37 seconds after reaching 1 point of health and suffer a further walking movement speed degradation to 85 Hammer Units (1.62 m/s or 5.31 ft/s) per second.
  • Most of the time the health bar is represented by units that disappear as Kirby takes damage while boss characters get a gauge; though in Kirby Super Star, its remake, Kirby: Squeak Squad, Kirby's Return to Dream Land, and Kirby: Triple Deluxe, Kirby and his helper use a gauge for their health as well.
  • Every unit and structure has their max health and current health displayed as a bar above their models. When displayed over a champion's model in game, the health meter is displayed as segmented bars. Additionally, for your own champion, it is represented in the interface as a green bar with two numbers ( # / # ): the first one represents the actual life available at the moment, while the second is the maximum amount of health the champion can have. It indicates how well your current unit is doing, and is shown by a bar in the upper-right screen on Battlefront 1 and the lower-left portion of the screen on Battlefront 2. When your health runs out, you die. You can replenish your health by picking up Bacta Tanks, or standing near a Health Droid. To check an enemy or teammate's health, just point the crosshairs on your screen at them, and their health is displayed at the top-center of the screen. Certain attacks affect the health of nearby units, such as: Regeneration, Invulnerability, and Neuro Toxin. Heroes' health is indicated by a lightsaber that slowly reduces with time, and can be replenished by killing enemies as HAADs don't have effect.
  • In the game of Island Troll Tribes, health is one of the three survival stats which a troll requires in order to stay alive. It slowly decreases over time, and upon reaching 0, the troll will die. In order to replenish health, players must eat either raw meat (corpses picked up and stored in the 8 corpse slots of a troll) or cooked meat. As a precaution to health loss, players often have stacks of food ready, such as the aforementioned meat, acorns, magic acorns or health potions.
  • Health, represented by a green bar in the interface, and by a green/red bar when viewing the health of others, is what all creatures and buildings need to stay alive. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind suggests that health also affects the ability to resist disease, but this is untrue for other titles. Referred to as Hit Points (HP) in most games, it is vitally important for the player to keep track of his or her health score. Should the health pool reach zero or below, the entity is dead. Essential Characters cannot be killed, so they become incapacitated when their health reaches zero or below.
  • When we must resort to mechanics, we deal with wounds in 'levels'. Seven wound levels will incapacitate a human or Garou, and eight will kill them. As wounds accumulate, it becomes more difficult to act or fight, not to mention the fact that it hurts. Humans heal slowly, as most of us are aware. Please try to use common sense when determining how long it takes a human to heal. Most of us know how long a broken arm takes to knit. Use this as a guideline for human times to heal: A Garou will heal aggravated damage at a rate of one level of aggravated damage per day, still far faster than a human.
  • Players in Halo: Combat Evolved have a limited, non-regenerating supply of health. A player's health can only be reduced if their shields are down. Health can only be restored by picking up health kits.

  • Health, also known as Hit Points or HP, is a stat in Demon's Souls.
  • Health is a character statistic in The Last Stand: Union City and The Last Stand: Dead Zone.
  • Health is a major state of being free from injury or illness within the isle it determines a players physical condition.
  • Health is a basic representation of the player's physical condition. It is shown by a bar meter with red liquid; it decreases when the player takes damage, and refills when the player is healed. When health reaches zero, the player either dies or is respawned at the nearest Vita-Chamber with partial health. The health meter has a medical cross symbol on its left, denoting the amount of First Aid Kits currently carried by the player. __TOC__
  • Health is one of the main element of a Hero or unit card. Whenever a hero or unit enters play, it will have the original maximum health as the card description gives (with an exception of disease). A card is removed from play if the current health of a card reaches zero. The current health can be depleted by normal attacks, ability damage, status damage or "Instant Kills" with usage of Assassinate and slayer. The maximum health of a card can be increased by means of Health Plus, Give and Protect. Heal, Drain, Drainbolt and Regenerate abilities can increase the current health up to maximum health the card currently holds. There is thereotically no way to decrease the maximum health, but the Wound ability effectively prevents most of health restoring abilities on certain victim cards, which counts the ability as the only way to decrease the maximum health. Cards have initial health of 1 to 10, of which generally higher health cards have higher ready value. The thereotical maximum of health is infinite, which can be achieved by two players, one team using a large number of high-regenerating cards, another side using weak flying units and a large number of Give Health artifacts. The game will eventually reach a point that morale points of both sides crashes because of too many turns taking around. • The Health Meter show the person playing in Webkinz World if their pet is healthy or not.
  • Carbon dioxide is the primary greenhouse gas emitted through human activities. In 2014 it accounted for about 80.9% of all U.S. greenhouse gas emissions from human activities. Carbon is naturally in the Earth's carbon cycle. Human activities are altering the carbon cycle and is adding more Co2 into the atmosphere. Co2 also influence the ability of natural sinks, like forests. The rising in greenhouse gases will lead to higher temperatures. The higher temperatures will lead to crop failures, with crop failures there will be major malnourishment.
  • The Health statistic is a representation of how much punishment a character can take before being defeated. The Health pool is displayed as a Green bar to the right of the character's portrait in the upper-left corner of the UI (by default). A character's Health pool increases with the Constitution statistic. The Protector Combat Role increases a character's Bonus Health by 25%, while the Sentinel role reduces a character's Bonus Health by 25%, and the Avenger role reduces it by 50%. Enemies either have a Red, Orange, or Blue Health bar. Red for Henchmen, Villains, Master Villains, and Supervillains, Orange for Legendary enemies, Cosmic enemies, or enemy players in PVP, and Blue for someone's Nemesis. In addition, there are also neutral characters with grey Health Bars. Supervillains, Legendary enemies, and Cosmic enemies also have a special spiked border around their Health Bars.
  • There is no way for a pet to die in Pet Society. If you let your health bar fall to 0%, your pet will be unhappy but will still be around for you to play with. But an apple/other food that you possess will show above your pet's head in a thought bubble. To replenish Health , you must feed your pet. Most food can either be bought at the Food Store or grown in a pet's Garden. To feed your pet, pull the food out of your chest and drop the food on top of the pet. Or, if the food is sitting on the floor of your house, your pet will walk up to it and eat it. Different foods will replenish different amounts of health. Some foods will give you a better health boost for the money you spend. The act of feeding will raise your paw point count as well.
If a player that has armor is attacked, the armor will absorb some of the damage (one third or one half, depending on the type of armor) and thus lessen the decrease in health. If a level ends while the player is dead, play proceeds to the next level, but with the player's status reset to that of a newly launched game (100 percent health, no armor, the pistol and 50 bullets).
  • Health is how much damage something can sustain before being destroyed or killed.
Furthermore, if the "Aggression" option is set above 128 (if the slider on the Options menu is farther to the right than dead-center), the animal's health is modified by multiplying by the "Aggression" value and dividing the resulting total by 128 (), as shown in the following line in Characters.cpp: cptr->Health = DinoInfo[cptr->CType].Health0; if (OptAgres>128) cptr->Health= (cptr->Health*OptAgres)/128; Thus, if the "Aggression" value is maxed out at 255 (by moving the slider all the way to the right), the previously mentioned animal with health of 10 instead has a health of 20 () and requires ten shots instead of five to be downed by the previously mentioned weapon with a power of 2. If an animal's health is set to 0 in _RES.TXT, that animal will immediately die upon starting a hunt. On the other hand, there doesn't seem to be a maximum health; while the value 1024 is used for this purpose, the animals with that health (Tyrannosaurus and Brachiosaurus) can both be downed as normal if shot enough times.
  • Being in good health not only allows us to enjoy life more by living longer and being in better shape for strenuous activities, but makes us feel good in the short term by making our bodies feel good from eating right and feeling good from exercise.
  • Hello, I just joined and I am looking forward to participating as my sister has been battling a serious weight problem her entire life and I have seen first hand the effects this battle can have on a person. I will catch up on some reading and will join in soon.
  • Health is the hit point factor that measures the survivability of the player, it decreases as the player takes damage from a number of sources such as: getting shot, hunger, anomalies...etc but is restored from eating food and using medical kits. Taking damage with low protection armors will also induce bleeding which slowly leeches health until stopped.
  • All players and monsters have a set amount of health(HP). Health dropping to 0 means death. Almost all attacks damage or leech health. You can regain health by eating food containing Vitoa A and by using health potions. Each time you level up your VitoaA through the consumption system you gain 2 HP.
  • It's your birth right as a human being to do what's best for your body and your planet. Being vegan is not all about trying to push your agenda on the world, it's about living with integrity... living up to your standards. An obstacle many vegans face everyday is misinformation about the health benefits of the vegan diet. Science and Medical research have proven time and time again that a well-balanced plant-based diet is essential for optimal health, longevity, and disease prevention. A very credible book anyone interested in the benefits of a vegan diet should read is The China Study by Dr. T. Colin Campbell. Also, check out veganmade.com for more information and inspiration. The human health benefits to a vegan world are two fold. The first is the direct health benefit of following a vegan diet. The second is that many of our infectious diseases are a result of animal agriculture.
  • Health-Współczynnik życia, posiadany przez wszystkie postacie i potwory w grze. Jeżeli wartość życia spadnie do zera, postać ginie i zamienia się w ducha.
  • Health in Star Wars: Battlefront is like the health on any other game. Vehicle's health can be repenished by moving (and landing, for some) vehicles next to the Repair Droid or fix it manually by a fusion cutter in Battlefront 1. In the sequel, however, the Repair Droid was removed and one have to painstakingly fix the vehicle for by himself with the Fusion Cutter, as the AI does not help.
  • Health, sometimes referred to as energy, is the maximum number of hits or hit points that can be taken before death occurs. It is usually applicable to main characters, bosses and some enemies. Health is not cumulative and resets itself for every level played directly after the previous one or if the player chooses to restart a level or quit the game.
  • In every Uncharted game, Nathan Drake's health is represented via the color of the screen. When Drake is injured (by enemy gunfire, explosions, melee attacks and many other things in the cruel world that Drake lives in), the screen will drain of color. When it is completely drained of color and greyed out, Drake is either dead or very close to death; in the latter case a heart-beat sound effect will be made audible. Health is conserved and regained by avoiding damage. After a few seconds of not taking damage, the screen will return to full color and Drake (or your multiplayer character) will be back at full health. Depending on the difficulty selected, Drake can take a smaller or greater number of hits before dying, which changes the strategy the player must use in certain locations. On Crushing and Brutal, it only takes a few hits for the screen to get greyed out, and sometimes an attack will be an instant death for Drake. Outside of combat, many hazards can kill Drake, draining the screen of all color in an instant. Few hazards exist that only injure Drake, but in these cases his health will restore shortly after. Rarely, certain deaths do not drain the screen of color. In the single-player mode of each game, neither Drake he nor his allies bleed when shot at during gameplay. Most injuries to these characters in gameplay do not show bleeding either, but one exception to this is in Drake's Fortune, where descendants can maul Drake; on Crushing and lower difficulties, Drake survives at least one attack from full health, but he bleeds from this.
  • It is important to keep your players and goalies healthy. The higher their health the better they will play. If a player's or goalie's health is low they will have a greater chance of being injured. Your players and goalies lose health from playing games and training. The ice time they have compared to their stamina skill determines the health they will lose. Every morning players and goalies gain 10 health from sleeping. They can gain an additional 10 health if they are scheduled for a day off from training.
  • Players in Halo: Combat Evolved have a limited, non-regenerating supply of health. A player's health can only be reduced if their shields are down. Health can only be restored by picking up health kits. Health is shown on the Heads-Up Display using a horizontal bar broken into eight segments. The health bar changes color to represent the approximate amount of health a player has left. The bar turns yellow when half or more of a player's health has been depleted. When only two segments remain on the bar, it will turn red. When only one or two segments remain, the sound of a beating heart can be heard.

  • Health, represented by a green bar in the interface, and by a green/red bar when viewing the health of others, is what all creatures and buildings need to stay alive. Dealing damage to enemy Demigods, Towers, or reinforcements reduces health - reducing a target's health to 0 will cause it to die. Demigods that die will remain dead for a short period of time and then be rebirthed at the spawning point in their base. Creatures' and buildings' maximum health can be increased by map flags or upgrades purchased from a Citadel. A Demigod's maximum health can also be increased by flags as well as purchasable items, skills, and by gaining enough experience to gain a level.

  • Health measures the amount of damage that can be taken before death. This secondary ability is influenced by the primary ability, Body. If your health reaches zero, you die. It is possible to expend Chi to heal yourself. On the Xbox this is done with the white button. Health can also be gained from Health power-ups during combat.

  • This is a general list of HP values and resistances of the units, found via hacking. Resistances are listed as fractions. Battalion Wars 1: Exceptions: * Frontier's Light Tank - Anti-Air damage multiplier is 1 instead of 1/2 * Frontier and Tundra's Heavy Tanks - Fire damage multiplier is 1/10 instead of 1/20 * Xylvania's Artillery - Small Bullet damage multiplier is 1/4 instead of 1/5 * Frontier's AA Vehicle - 4100 Health instead of 4750, Fire damage multiplier is 1 instead of 1/10 * Legion's Gunship - 7000 Health instead of 6200 * Tundra's Air Transport - 11500 Health instead of 10000 * Coral Atolls MG Tower - 2500 Health instead of 3000 * Watchtower - 2100 Health instead of 3000 * Gun Tower - 4000 Health instead of 3000 Other notes: * The Extraction Towers in Black Gold, despite intended immunity to all weapons except the Bomber's bombs, can actually be destroyed by bullets, albeit taking far longer than it would with the Bomber, and surprisingly still only when the Bombers become available. This is because the game doesn't manage more than 4 damage multipliers for any given unit, and 3 of the Extraction Towers' multipliers are immunities, the fourth one instead multiplying the damage from the Bombs damage type by 3.75 while the Extraction Towers themselves have 30000 HPs. Grunts use an unaffected damage type while Assault Vets and the Heavy Recon use multiple damage types, one of which is also unaffected. Theoretically, Flame Vets could destroy the Extraction Towers, but they are unavailable for the mission. Battalion Wars 2:
  • Health determines how much damage a character can take before death. Health can be regenerated by eating food or resting. A character's maximum health is affected by the Strength and Vitality attributes.
  • Society is increasingly spending more and more on health care. For example, in 2005 the USA spent 16% of its GDP on health [1] and yet it wasn't enough. What does it mean for the near future (next 5-10 years) economically and socially?... 1. * Automation and robotisation of health care makes sense. 2. * ... Advances in replacement organs and genetic therapy mean that we will increasingly be able to fix most health problems.
  • Health is a character's stat that determines the total number of health points, aka hit points, that character (Main Character or Mercenary) has. If Health reaches 0, the character dies. If a character that is not the Main Character (aka a mercenary) dies, the mercenary can be resurrected during battle. Main Characters can only be resurrected out of battle. Depending on the type of combat and other circumstances, the character can be healed prior to reaching 0 health or even resurrected after death.
  • Health is the vital stat for life points used by a pirate and their enemies. When a pirate is attacked, this value is reduced. After the value reaches '0', a pirate falls unconscious. They must either have another pirate Revive them, or awaken in jail. When an enemy's health reaches '0', they die and disappear. Health can be found on the Vitals Key.
  • A wholistic approach to health is required. The motto about health should be Prevention is better than cure. All systems of medicines should be taken into consideration while treating diseases. There should be a serious effort to learn the different systems of medicines by different groups of members in the community.
  • Health, formerly known as hit points in the 2D Universe, is the measurement of the physical condition of the game's protagonist or other characters in the Grand Theft Auto series.
  • If you become wounded by a weapon you will start to bleed. Your bleed rate determines how much blood you lose each second. Different weapons inflict different bleed rates, you can read more about the effects of weapons on the Melee Weapons and Firearms pages. If you are bleeding, it will be displayed on the right of your character in the inventory screen. The text colour indicates the speed of the bleeding with red being the fastest.
  • Health is a measurement of the level of health, fitness, and safety an average citizen of a nation has. It replaces Lifespan from Democracy 2. A high health rating increases the number of retirees and the immigration rate. Health ratings also impact productivity, with low ratings reducing it and high ratings increasing it. A nation's health rating is increased by Food Stamps, a Food Standards Agency, Free Eye Tests, Free School Meals, Health Food Subsidies, a Junk Food Tax, Organ Donation, an Organic Farming Subsidy, Private Healthcare, Speed Cameras, a State Health Service, Stem Cell Research, a Winter Fuel Subsidy, or a Work Safety Law. A nation's health rating is decreased by Agriculture Subsidies, high Alcohol Consumption, high Legal Drug Consumption, high Tobacco Use, and a long Working Week.
  • All characters have a health which is equal to its maximum health when spawned. For enemies, the max health is constant for any one type of enemy. The Hero/ine's max health changes depending on what level the Hero/ine is. The Hero/ine will gain 1 extra health every 10 turns (without the Ring of Mending).
Kirby most often has a default of 6 health, but it changes from time to time. In Kirby's Adventure and Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land, when played on extra mode, Kirby has only 3 units of health. In Kirby's Dream Land 3, he has 10 health points. In Kirby & The Amazing Mirror he could raise his vitality up by 4, for a total of 10 health. In Kirby: Canvas Curse, Kirby starts with 4 health and can increase it to be up to 7 health. In Kirby: Squeak Squad, Kirby could also increase his health gauge.
  • Health spins constantly like coins, and can be obtained by destroying objects and taking out enemies. Bentley can also get health using the Health Extractor power-up. Health will disappear after a short amount of time. If an enemy is defeated some distance away from the playable character (by Carmelita Fox, for example), the health will fly through the air and land close to the character.
  • Health is a statistic in some of the Civilization games. It serves to limit how large the population of a city can grow.
  • Health or Hit points (HP), if expressed as points, is an expression of how much life you have, at least it must, as when your hit points fall below zero, and stay there (one might be give first aid or otherwise rescued), you will die. In addition to health, a player may also have Mana, and Stamina, at least on AlexMUD, a DikuMUD.
  • The stat that determines how long your character will live.
Use this as a guideline for human times to heal: Not only can Garou with high stamina ignore (soak) damage, but they heal at a vastly accelerated rate if allowed to rest. They will recover one level in a round if allowed to rest. If they can't rest, they may, if their stamina is high, try to heal anyway possibly ending up with a permanent scar for the effort. Certain wounds are considered aggravated, though, and cannot be healed in this manner. Fire, silver, and the claws or teeth of other supernatural creatures cause aggravated wounds. A Garou will heal aggravated damage at a rate of one level of aggravated damage per day, still far faster than a human. Silver damage cannot be soaked by a Garou, and is one of the most potent weapons against Werewolves. Certain Wyrm toxins will cause damage that cannot be soaked, and heals even more slowly than aggravated damage.
  • Health is a gameplay mechanic in The Godfather Five Families. Its used for all units which include defensive units and transport units.
  • Health is a stat and a resource. An enemy/character will die when their health is depleted. A character's health can be influenced by: * "Increase the chance of potion drop when breaking crates" buff * "Chance to gain life after killing an enemy" buff * "Increased maximum health" buff * "Improve potion effectiveness" buff * Health pots found in shops or in chests * Werewolf's Berserk skill
Beginners tend to die frequently from health loss as they don't know how to replenish it. Some players, when venturing far from their main base, tend to bring a generous stack of meat with them, or have enough hunting tools to gather all th food they need in addition to a Fire to cook. In a battle, health is generally the stat that needs the most attention paid to, and must be replenished rapidly for the troll to stay alive.
  • Health was a mizugusuri that granted some minor healing properties to those who consumed it. The healing was not sufficient to regenerate permanent injuries, such as a missing eye.
We need to become more active – obesity among Europeans is on the rise despite many people improving their diets. This unfortunate trend (between 1996 and 2002 the average European put on 1 to 2 kilograms in weight) is mainly the effect of decreasing levels of physical activity. That is why the city authorities, through appropriate planning and investments, can and should encourage citizens to undertake more exercise, whilst taking into consideration the varying needs of different generations and social groups: older people, women, children and people with special needs. We would require fewer hospital beds as a result. As proponents of healthy lifestyles, the Greens are in favour of introducing smoking bans in public places and in the workplace, as in our opinion, a person’s personal space ends where the personal space of the next person – the non-smoker, begins. In the European Union, 730 thousand people die every year as a result of smoking, 80 thousand of these are passive smokers. A total ban on smoking in public places has been introduced in: Ireland, Italy, Malta, Norway, Sweden, Scotland and France, among others; it’s now time to widen the ban to the entire European Union.
  • A player's health is very important. When enemy players or monsters attack a someone, they lose some of their health. When that person's health reaches 0, they die, and respawn, losing their items and some of their experience. A player can regenerate his health, and using certain items or skills, can recover his health or even put it past its maximum.
  • Health, or Hit Points (HP), is one of the 8 core attributes, used to denote the life level for all creatures and is represented by a red bar beside the character or target's portrait. Hit points are the numerical value representing the amount of damage a player or NPC can take before their demise. When a character or NPC's health becomes zero, they are dead. Characters have an innate replenishment rate for both health and mana. The rate at which these two stats replenish is slow out of combat, and health regeneration during combat is almost non-existent. However, some health can be replenished instantly during combat using healing potions from alchemists or vendors. Health can also be replenished during battles via the curing spells of Chanters or Clerics. Out of combat, health regeneration can be increased somewhat by sitting down to rest or increased significantly by using Bandage Heal or Herb Treatment. The maximum amount of health is determined by a combination of the player's Base health (determined by class and level) and their equipment (both dropped and player-crafted), which can have +HP stats. Some equipment items can be socketed to give additional increases to health. Certain foods and buffs will also affect health levels for a short period of time.
  • The maximum health value is specific to a unit. In traditional combat, the health of a unit varies only slightly, at a range of 4 to 6 hearts—however, the game still features units with more extreme health. Note: The Great Chicken and the Grim Reaper are omitted from this list due to the ambiguity of their health values.
  • Health (File:Icon health 16x16 01.gif,File:Health icon.png) is used in fights and boss fights. * When your health goes below 20, you are iced. * When your health reaches 0, you have been snuffed, and you lose 6 experience points
  • Health is the general condition of a person in all aspects. It is also a level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism, often implicitly human.
  • Health is the character attribute used to soak up damage from melee and magical attacks. The more Health you have, the hardier you are, and (all else being equal) the more likely you are to survive combat. The Health pool is represented by an orange bar below the name of your character in the default user interface. Health is regained over time. Food increases the regeneration rate of the Health pool, but only out of combat. Various items, spells and Dirge songs can also increase the regeneration rate, even within combat. Healing spells can add large amounts of Health to the Health pool instantly.
  • Health (also called Condition in earlier Resident Evil games) is a common factor in video games, including the Resident Evil series, which measures the current status of the player character.
  • Health is a property of Humanoid objects that determines the current vitality of that Humanoid. Whenever Health drops to 0, the Humanoid dies and the Died event fires. Once a player dies (the player's body parts breaking apart), they must wait 5 seconds to respawn.
  • Health refers to the general health and well-being of a city's Sims. Healthy Sims will have a longer life and will be able to stay in the workforce longer, contributing to the economy of the city. Also, mid to high wealth residents tend to prefer areas with decent health coverage, which means unless a player wants their city to continue to resemble a large slum, proper health coverage is important, especially in a well-established city.
  • 'Health is a stat that determines how vital a creature is. Whenever a creature is attacked, it loses an amount of health. After having lost too much health, the creature dies. A creature's Defense determines how much health is lost relative to the attack's strength. Health can be regained through Regeneration or Henchman Healing. Rex Chance and Lucy Willing also can do it by Garrisonning.
  • Find a doctor in Tsukuba: (Click on "Search for a doctor" at the top right corner.)
  • Plant classes have more varying amounts of health than Zombie classes on average, but Zombie classes deal higher amounts of damage than Plant classes do on average.
  • Constitution is the only base attribute that increases a character's full health value. The amount is calculated by: health points = level * a + constitution * b - 170 where a and b have these values depending on class: If the result ends in .5, it is rounded down. So for example, a level 33 marksman with constitution of 58 will have: 33 * 37 + 58 * 18.5 - 170 = 2124 health points Or a level 47 barbarian with constitution at 85 will have: 47 * 47 + 85 * 23.5 - 170 = 4036 health points Constitution also increases the regeneration rate of a character's health. Given their more favourable formula as well as generally higher constitution, warriors have the highest max health amounts, with archers having slightly more health than mages.
  • Health File:Health-icon.png represents the total amount of damage an entity can take before dying. Health increases with each level gained, when certain items are equipped, and if certain spells are currently active. Non-player entities have Health equivalent to their level and items. Health can be restored through magic, consumption of potions and beverages, or by leveling up. Fast traveling and waiting fully restores health. In most Elder Scrolls games, one's total base Health is equal to twice their Endurance attribute. In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, because all attributes have been removed, the player must choose between increasing health, magicka, or stamina themselves every time they level up.
  • Health is like the health in any other game. It indicates how well your current character is doing, and is usually shown by a bar. When your health runs out, you die. Usually you can replenish your health by picking up Bacta, or by standing near a Health Droid.
If a champion's health reaches zero and he doesn't have any abilities preventing it, death will occur. Max health scales additively with every bonus health point and increases with each level, meaning that each bonus point acquired directly affects the statistic. At level 18 base health ranges from 1645 health to health. See here for the complete list. Maximum health has a gold value of per point. Health regeneration has a gold value of per point. Health restored by potion has a gold value of per point.
A player character's own health level is displayed on the HUD in the bottom left of the screen. When this level drops below 50%, the unfilled part of the health-bar will flash. After it drops below 40%, a red exclamation mark will flash above the health bar. The health level of allies and enemies can be viewed when they are bracketed in the HUD's targeting reticle. The status of allies' remaining health is also displayed in the top left corner of the HUD, and will provide a similar low health warning when they sustain significant harm.
  • Health is an in-game mechanic that indicates how much damage the Player can take before dying. It is indicated by a row of hearts above the Inventory GUI, or at the top left of the screen. A Player has 20 Health points (File:Heart.pngx10) by default.
  • Health is a game mechanic in Watch Dogs, Watch Dogs: Bad Blood, and Watch Dogs 2.
  • Health or Mental Integrity is the overall physical and psychological wellbeing. In the context of the Telepath games, health is equal to the amount of damage a unit can take before dying or otherwise be defeated. Health is increased by increments of two when Psy Defense is upgraded. Health is able to be replenished through the use of psychokinetic shields, such as Mind Shield. A few Psy Healers can even learn how to increase the maximum health of with a unit with a Static Shield.
  • A player's health or HP is a numerical value representing the amount of damage he may sustain before he is KO'd. Health for each combatant is depicted by a green bar next to his Soul Gauge. As a player's health depletes, the green bar recedes.
  • Your health is how much damage you can take before being defeated. The Immortal and Vitality abilities increase your health, as does leveling up and getting a stamina increase. Getting pets appears to lower your health. When in battle, health can only be recovered with the Super Tragic Potion once so healing plays a very small part.
  • The Health Bar is located in the upper right corner of the screen. If the Bar totally depletes, The Protagonist is "Smoked" and respawn at the nearest hospital. The Health Bar is refilled in three ways: * Time: The Health Bar slowly regenerates over time as long as additional damage is not taken. * Food: In Saints Row and Saints Row 2, eating Food restores Health. * Pickups: In Saints Row IV and Saints Row: Gat out of Hell, Health Pickups are used.
  • Health points are progressively lost as a player receives damage or as time goes by (if Pain pills and Adrenaline is used). When a Survivor's total health is 39 or less, the character begins limping and their walking movement speed decreases from 220 Hammer Units (4.19 m/s or 13.75 ft/s) to 150 Hammer Units (2.86 m/s or 9.38 ft/s) per second. Crouching movement speed is unaffected by any of the above health damage constraints, always at a fixed 75 Hammer Units (1.43 m/s or 4.69 ft/s) per second. In Versus mode, the movement speed of the Special Infected do not change, regardless of their current health. Also, any Special Infected being controlled by the AI in Versus mode will not display their health or other information on the HUD. __toc__
  • Health is used to denote the life level for all creatures. When their health goes to zero, they are dead. Healing generally refers to restoration of health from below maximum and damage as reduction of health.
A player's (and vehicle's) health usually appears in first-person view HUD, and can also be seen by teammates.
  • Health is a caracteristic of entities, that is measured in theory by health points and marks the difference between a defeated and living state. Health points are a positive number intrinsic for every entity that, when it reaches zero, the entity is defeated. They can be added with potions, food or mineral water and can be substracted by environmental hazards, hits by another entities, explosion damage, and many more Health point substraction is directly affected by armor points and potions of resistance Data: * The player has a base health points of 1000 * Corruption damage does 20 health points per second * Fire damage does 50 health points per second * Drown damage does 100 health points per second
The maximum amount of health is determined by a combination of the creature's class, level, and their Stamina. In addition, some items (both dropped and player-crafted) have +health stats. Finally, items can be enchanted to give additional increases to health.
  • Every unit that takes part in the battle, has a "health" value that is measured in points, often referred to as hit points. If a unit receives damage, it is deducted from their health points. If the unit reaches zero, it will be destroyed. Units have armor to protect themselves. __NOWYSIWYG__
  • Health pickups are items that can be collected in the various maps during gameplay. They restore a set amount of the user's health when picked up and automatically regenerate after ten seconds. There are three different types of health pickups (small, medium, and large) that can be found with each restoring a different amount of hitpoints depending on the size of the pickup and the class you're currently playing. There are also Halloween variants of the health pickups, which can be seen below in the image gallery. A player can be healed by several different methods, including healing by friendly Medics (and, as a Disguised Spy, enemy Medics as well). Since these pickups are a vital item in combat be sure to use them wisely; consider letting a teammate who has less health than you grab it, or especially a nearby Medic who may need it. When healed by any source outside of a Medic's healing, a small green-colored cross is emitted in the lower-left HUD along with the number of hitpoints restored. Health packs will not grant Overheal. Health paks are in three sizes, small, medium, and large A large health pack fills up a players health to the max. A medium pack gives 50% of the users max health. A small gives 25% of the users max health. The Demoman has a special sword, the Clahdmead Mor, which converts all ammo into health. A small weapon pack gives 15, a medium 25, and a large 40. This, unlike other heath packs will always grant the same amount of health. Like health packs, they will not give overheal and is based on users health, not ammo.
  • Health is a type of pickup item that grants the player a certain number of health points.
  • Most attacks will only damage health after the entity's shields have been fully drained, but there are a few exceptions. damage, which is commonly dealt by units like Toxic Ancients, Toxic Crawlers and Venomous Eximus, will bypass shields and strike the target's health directly, which can also proc a damage-over-time effect. procs, such as those dealt by Grineer Powerfists, will temporarily halve victim's health (both current and maximum) even if the attack itself is absorbed by shields. Finishing damage, such as from the Bleed status effect (from damage), will also bypass shields.
  • Health, represented by the red bar in the user interface, represents the character's vitality (often called "hit points"). When a character's health reaches zero, the character dies.
  • This is a table showing how much health each mob has. When their health runs out, they die and may drop items. Mobs can die from lava, fall damage, drowning, suffocation, damage from a player, or damage from other mobs. For example, a creeper may attack a skeleton if its arrow hits the creeper.
