| HistoryText | - In the year 2045, man has researched too far into the way of weather and has destroyed the earth's atmosphere through experimentation. The earth is now run by the Hazeltyne Corporation.
Anthony Farrow is a student for climatology at the Cooperative University for Climatological Research which is run by Hazeltyne. However, he hardly buys into their ways and know their education is a farce. He spends his time looking into the legends of the White Wizard who hasn't been heard from in 10 years. He eventually tracks down a cold zone where no one is supposed to live. He finds a precipitation collection plant and finds August Reasons, he White Wizard, lives in a house. He is knocked out and interrogated as Reasons doesn't believe that Farrow wasn't secretly working for the Hazeltyne Corporation given his enrollment in the university.
