abstract
  • The game is the sequel to the story from the original game, Avatar: The Last Airbender, available on the Xbox 360, Wii, GameCube, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS, and Game Boy Advance, which took place during the events of the first season, Book One: Water. Taking place during the events of the second season, Book Two: Earth, this game allows players to control Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Zuko, Iroh, Momo, and Jet as the battle against the Fire Nation continues. Enemies include firebenders, Dai Li agents, and sandbenders, as well as a variety of other enemies and animals from the show. A departure from the first game is the lack of cell-shaded animation, instead using solid shading to give the game a more natural look. There is also a distinct lack of character interaction; the game requires splitting up into groups of two in each level, rather than talking to other people to complete certain objectives as was required in the first game.
