- The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is a group of bleeding-heart liberals dedicated to spying on the private meetings of Pure Patriotic American groups whose only goal is to keep America pure and who are very, very patriotic. The biggest problem with the SPLC is that they hate the marketplace of ideas. When the majority of Americans have decided that the SPLC's entire reason for existing is old fashioned and passé (haven't you heard that racism no longer exists?), the SPLC ignores this clear evidence and continues to exist. Who's being hateful now, SPLC?
