Max created a new identity as a bounty hunter, mostly hunting down slavers and protecting those who could not defend themselves. His reputation soon grew, and he became one of the most hated and feared men in the The Galaxy. No contract was too small, but his targets often fulfilled a sense of justice for him. Years later, Max formed DEADLINE -- a team of hunters that could help him bring justice to the galaxy. Although he mostly goes on solo missions, Max sometimes leads small teams on larger jobs.
