Despite the fact that his weapons are not hardwired into his brain, he is alarmingly fast with sharpened skills once the thought of victory crosses his mind. Bullzeye utilizes many weapons including a huge weapon capable of firing lasers and missiles. He also carries a hefty amount of grenades. Finally, he commands several attacks that utilize both his body and his weapons, making for some fast combos. During battles Bullzeye is totally focused on victory, but in states of recuperation or relaxation his thoughts drift toward pride—the pride of being able to outwit and outmaneuver any cybernetically enhanced freak. He often ponders what it would be like to be human. The only other thing that keeps Bullzeye going is his close kinship with one of the heads of the Secret Games Commission, the organization that sponsors the Bio F.R.E.A.K.S. battles. Bullzeye wholeheartedly believes that these games are the only thing that can reunite the shattered nation of Neo-Amerika.
